Does somebody know something about the multicoated version of Carl Zeiss Dodecarem 12x50B? What is the resolution and brightness of this binocular? I read that Dodecarem is sharper in the centre than the legendary Nikon SE 12x50 in two posts about comparison between these two binos and also the CA level was lower in the Dodecarems, this is the link of the review with three stars for SE model here:

I saw very cheap Dodecarem on ebay

and I am considering buying them,
are there any opinion for this Dodecarems?
Thanks!

I believe that optically this is the same glass as the Docter 12x50BGA Nobilem. The design was the successor to the earlier Zeiss Jena 12x50 Nobilem Spezial, which proved too costly to make. The Nobilem name was again added later. The sister glass, the 8x50 Octarem, is also generally considered a top notch product.
I carried the Docter version as my main birding glass and was very happy with it. When I sold it, with regret, the buyer sent me a thank you note, stating it was the best glass he had ever purchased.
