Caspian Gull? Berlin, Germany, 07/2016 (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,
I was wondering whether these are Caspian Gulls (Larus cachinnans), photographed in and around Berlin. Since I have zero experience with the species other than a few unconfirmed, distant views, I thought it'd be prudent to ask. Can anyone confirm or correct the ID? Apologies for the low quality, they were snapshots taken from a distance.
Pictures are of different birds. I have more pictures of of both birds if necessary, though not in better quality I'm afraid.

Thanks in advance,

Andy

no, both are caspians. 2nd bird shows very typical wing pattern of an adult. large squarish p9 mirror plus yellow legs in the first one also make it a caspian (together with dark eyes).

Thank you for the explanation. That's another "bogey bird" I finally managed to get a "tickable" view of...
