I like Zen Ray's approach. In a "rush to market" to compete with Sightron, Theron, Hawke, and Vortex, they could have simply put out a re-badged Chinese clone like other companies are doing (How many Yosemite "clones" are there now, I've lost count?), but instead they're taking it one step at a time.
If they do come out with an 8x32 in the future, it will be their own design and one that has been slowly and thoughtfully developed.
The challenge with being a latecomer to a certain market segment is that you have to produce a "killer" product, because that segment is already packed with competition by the time your bin arrives.
But as Sightron demonstrated at the lower price point, if you produce quality optics, it's going to be recognized and the word will spread (most likely by Frank D.
