Is this a pale common chiff chaff?

Photographed through a window into shade, no calls heard.

Thanks

This bird is still hanging around my garden, very active but still no sound.

It spends almost all of its time foraging on the ground, something I don't usually associate with chiff chaffs.

Am I wrong to make this association?

I've seen them on the ground but not for sustained periods. Certainly not behaviour I would normally associate with Chiff Chaffs, but maybe there's a good insect source in that spot.

Spot on - its in a pig pen which gets scattered with mixed seed when the animals are absent. Lots of species love it, not usually chiff chaffs
