Colorado (sharp-shinned?) hawk with black and white breast (1 Viewer)

This bird looks like a sharp-shinned hawk, but it's breast is mostly black, with some white specks.
This image was taken in Denver, and it has been very cold for several days.
Sorry for blurry image.

I thought it was a sharp-shinned hawk because of the shape of it's tail. I think a cooper's hawk has a more rounded tail.
I really thought I was looking at the front, maybe because the head was turned so completely.
Again, sorry about the blurry image.
