Peregrine eating prey item on pylon between Salwarpe and Ladywood.
Cuckoos at Salwarpe and Porter's Mill area (2).
Lapwing on flooded field corner near Sinton Lane.
Egyptian Geese
Yellow Wagtail over Moat Farm
Coot on Tapenhall Pool
Pair of Stonechats near the bridleway
Swifts, Swallows and House Martins
The usual Warblers including 2 Lesser Whitethroats
Kestrel and Buzzards
 
2 Little Grebes on the small pool between Chatley and Hawford this morning - nfy - plus Coot.
A Little Egret near Salwarpe.
Lapwing still along Sinton Lane plus Egyptian Geese.
Greylag Geese with 2 goslings between Tapenhall and Mildenham.
Female Gadwall.
Coot on Tapenhall Pool.
Cuckoos near Ladywood and Tapenhall.
Pair of Stonechats near bridleway.
2 Lesser Whitethroats singing.

A Red Kite over Chatley later in the morning - could've been the same one.
2 Little Grebes on small pool between Chatley and Hawford again plus Coot.
Female Gadwall plus 4 Greylags near Tapenhall.
Egyptian Geese along Sinton Lane

Ha
A teneral Scarce Chaser dragonfly hanging around the viewing screen area at Coney Meadow - a new species for me on the patch. Tried photographing it but it was a bit too flighty.

Other birds seen included a Raven over, a singing Yellowhammer near the bridleway and 2 male Cuckoos pursuing the female again.
Have you recorded Hairy Dragonfly on patch Dave?
 
At least 2 Spotted Flycatchers in the South West corner of Knight's Grove woodland this morning, although only 1 seen - they were calling constantly but remaining high in the canopy most of the time.
1 Little Egret at Porter's Mill.
1 adult Egyptian Goose at Chatley in flight plus the whole family of 7 still along Sinton Lane.
2 male and 2 female Cuckoos along the canal between Salwarpe and Tapenhall area.
3 adult Stonechats seen in limited search.
Mistle Thrushes
Green Woodpecker
Nuthatch
