I am looking for a crested honey buzzard.

1 and 2 are the same bird obviously and look good. Hard to count primary fingers with them that worn though but everything else looks good. 9 is a Levant Sparrowhawk

It is Artvin in Turkey (or Türkiye) I believe ? It is easier to write in which country you take your photos.

As said, 1 & 2 show a Crested HB, 9 is a juvenile Levant Sparrowhawk and rest are Western HB.

Wings not broad enough, not enough barring on flight feathers, 6th finger often this long in EHB

Dear oguenadyn
Post as many HB as you want, happy to comment and find the goody
But imho it would be better to open a new thread for every new bunch of pictures, many people and I include myself will not open an old thread they already did comment, especially if they become very long.
All these last birds are EHB.
Look for large birds (difficult, I know) with eagle-like wings, very broad hand, more bars on primaries as usual, unusual tail barring and NO CARPAL PATCH in light forms.
