Crow or Raven in Mountain View, CA (1 Viewer)

I took these photos near the end of the Stevens Creek Trail in Shoreline Park in Mountain View, California in the early afternoon of December 31, 2014. I know the usual ways to distinguish a raven from a crow (e.g. https://suite.io/rosemary-drisdelle/fax27t), and I'm leaning towards raven for this one, but I'm not certain. Anyone care to dispel my doubts?
