I think there are two species here, either of them Orchids?

Pretty identical in general structure
And the other aspects you highlighted are the sorts of things that are more prone to individual/phenotypic variability - or even show the influence of cultivated stock introduced to the wild, if that should happen there (I've no idea if it does). (NB I can't personally identify your plants to species, but they're clearly all hyacinths.)
