I think there are two species here, either of them Orchids?

Both Hyacinthus orientalis (Common hyacinth), one of those species that attract tourists to the Dutch bulb fields (daffodils first, tulips last).

Pretty identical in general structure at least. The darker one is just more compact/dense in the way that the individual flowers are clustered. And shorter petal lobes etc.

And the other aspects you highlighted are the sorts of things that are more prone to individual/phenotypic variability - or even show the influence of cultivated stock introduced to the wild, if that should happen there (I've no idea if it does). (NB I can't personally identify your plants to species, but they're clearly all hyacinths.)
