I took this pictures on Dominica Republic in November 2014, thus many years ago. Could somebody help me on ID

Looks like a 1st Winter Parula Warbler to me.
Yellow beneath bill base (the only warbler with this feature I believe), fleshy toes, white eye arcs, green to the mantle, blue grey to the wings, yellow wash to the breast against an almost hard white to the UTC’s and a better under-tail pattern for the species imo.
