Given this wording, it might be worthwhile adding a couple of words telling why?

It is brown eagle with one comma on base of outer primaries and all dark fingers
Not so long wings and very short tail
One lesser known feature of Spotted Eagles are long legs well reaching the tip of undertail coverts
That all makes it a Spotted Eagle
ID points for Greater Spotted
Single rather short comma on outer primaries only (LSE has two and outer is longer)
very dark underwing coverts
body colours varies from dark brown over mottled to all light brown (fulvescens form)
Barring visible on inner primaries makes ID 100%: fine barring not reaching tip of feather
