Eagle or Hawk? USA, Philadelphia area (1 Viewer)

We have a lot of Red Tailed hawks but this bird seemed larger than usual. I’ve never seen a bald eagle in our area but it looks like some online descriptions of a 2-3 year old bald eagle. Please let me know what you think. Thanks
