Golden vs Bald Eagle (1 Viewer)

Photos are mostly out of focus and were taken in the rain at Old Faithful area Yellowstone USA. I believe the Eagle is carrying something. I had assumed this was a Bald Eagle but now that I am looking at the photos a little closer I am thinking it's a Golden Eagle chased by a Red-tailed Hawk?

I’m thinking you were correct first time round, can see pale speckling to the underside, also the head and neck look perhaps too long for GE and more akin to BE?

Cheers
