The photos probably aren't good enough to be certain, and I don't have the most relevant fieldguide to hand but I wonder of Brown-necked Raven is a possibility on range.
Doesn't look like Brown-necked to me on shape/structure. I agree with Common Raven. The kestrel looks like possibly has the two central feather longer given the shape of the black subterminal tail band, so might suggest, albeit not definitively, male Lesser Kestrel
