Hello,
your bird seems a species, that I know from Europe. Jizz and colouration seems good for a member of the "Water Pipit" group. So I think its an American Buff-bellied Pipit by location.
Only the rusty-caramell hues are notable for me only with experience with european Rock and Water Pipits., but they are present in Buff-bellied Pipits due to literature and a quick search.
In Europe, there a few passerines with long tertials, (nearly) totally cloaking the wing like in your bird. These are Pipits and Wagtails.
But as always: better wait for confirmation or correction. Thanks!
