Falcon ID - BC Canada (1 Viewer)

Hello, looking for confirmation on this bird, seen today in S. Central BC around farmland/pond.
I thought the head looked good for peregrine but I am thrown off by the distinct shading under the wings perhaps like a Prairie Falcon. Common to also see Merlin and Kestrel in this area.
