Mine would have to be "Birds of Western North America"
I also have a smaller "Backyard Birds of North America: Western Region"
And a "Birds of the World" book with little popouts and pull tabs! I would like to know yours!
 
Many years ago, Kenn Kaufman made a little book Advanced Birding which was part of the Pedersen field guides series. This helped me take one step forward in id of birds, more so American birds, but it influenced my thinking when I returned to Europe as well. This has since been superseded by a second version:

That looks cool! I haven't seen that book before, I might have to check it out...
