Feather ID (wader) - South India (1 Viewer)

I found this beautiful feather on a lake bed in South India (Bangalore). Lapwings, cormorants, and egrets are plentiful in this habitat. My guess is that is possibly from a snipe (common/pintail) . Hoping that feather experts can chime in !

The feather belongs to a Greater Painted Snipe, looks like an inner primary.
