Hi Ter, I am not 100% sure but i think Eurasian Woodcock is a better fit:

It's a Woodcock feather, I regularly find many of them under the San Gaudenzio's Dome in Novara, Italy, where i work. They belong to migrant woodcocks (mainly in November) preyed by the local breeding pair of Peregrine Falcon living on the dome.
