well, there are 2 birds here. you've included pictures of a Ruff and 3 images of a sandpiper.

The sandpiper is a Sanderling.

6-8. Little stints.
The rest ruffs - of either sex.
Probably the two most likely Palearctic waders to be seen inland in Africa. Sanderlings are largely coastal.
