There's only a couple that I'm aware off :
For Crete go to:

Lesvos extremely detailed, relatively new and highly recommended:

The definitive check list and field guide to the Birds of Greece:
The Birds of Greece (Helm Field Guides) go to:

Finding Birds in Greece by Gosney:

There are many useful reports on line, particularly on this site.
There's one for Samos here.

Unfortunately the Travelling Birder web site has been down for a few weeks now.

Hope that this helps.

Yeah, just take the Collins; if I'm travelling really light I might take Paul Sterry's 'Birds of the Mediterranean: A Photographic Guide' instead. You don't need, and anyway can't get, anything more specific.
Look out for Shearwaters and Eleonora's Falcons around the coasts! Also guarantee that you'll see plenty of Crested Larks.

You could try and get hold of a copy of.
Hamlyn Birdwatching Guides.
Where to watch birds in Turkey,Greece and Cyprus.
