Is this a Great White Heron? What’s the difference?

Difference from..?

Most people treat this as a colour variety of Great Blue Heron but some treat it as a species in its own right. It looks nearly identical to the Great White Egret, most obvious difference being leg colour (yellowish vs dark).

Bill is heavier on Great White Heron than Great Egret, with an angle near the tip of the lower mandible. Gape line doesn't reach behind eye. Neck is shorter and thicker.

Gape line's not consistent. Heron's reaches to at least rear of the eye

Great Egret looks a little like a GWH with anorexia, much skinnier. Most of the time when standing, GrEg will have a little kink in its neck, which rarely (ever?) is seen in the heron, tends to be smoother in the curve.

To answer the first question, with greenish legs, this does appear to be a Great White Heron.
