I saw this guy in a mixed flock and I still cannot put any ID on him. The closest I can get is some kind of Tyrannulet, but I'm still not sure.

For disclosure, I did post this a while back lumped with other photos from the flock, but this specific bird was never identified. Not sure what any repost policies are, so let me know if they are prohibited or not. Thank You!

Bill looks perhaps too hefty for Tyrannulet but as The Fern says, probably unidentifiable beyond that if this is the only image to go on
