Focus wheel isn’t as smooth now?? (1 Viewer)

Hi all! Gave my 8.5x42s a Swarovski soap both, and well, after it has all dried the focus wheel doesn’t seem as smooth? Any suggestions on what I can do?

Not sure of the answer, but I have to wonder if you washed them with the focus wheel facing up and accumulated dirt migrated to (and became concentrated) in one spot under the focusing wheel, which is the one place that a wipe down cannot not remove debris. Will be interested in hearing from others with more knowledge.

Mmmm I’m not sure, like it’s not tough to turn, just there’s a slight noice now when I mainly turn it anti clockwise, is there a fix for what you just suggested?
