Forktail in Sichuan, China (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I saw this forktail darting away from me along a road in hill forest at around 2000m elevation in July. I only got one blurry photo of it flying away. I'm not sure if a confident species ID is possible from the photo, any ideas? Thanks1

Looks shorttailed, should be Little Forktail, I think.
