Yes. Eye color and tail proportion rule out shiny (or giant) cowbird, and I don't think any other grackle or blackbird is in range.
 
According to Birds of Northern SA there could be alternatives: Velvet-fronted and Golden-tufted Grackles, but they both have dark eyes.
