Other features are hard to discern, but this bird lacks any black streaking on its throat and breast in its breeding plumage, which would put it in Chinese Bush Warbler rather than Baikal Bush Warbler camp? Both species breed around Beijing with Baikal Bush Warbler - Locustella davidi - Media Search - Macaulay Library and eBird being uncommon and Chinese Bush Warbler - Locustella tacsanowskia - Media Search - Macaulay Library and eBird being rare as per Merlin. No other options apart from Lanceolated Warbler, which it most probably isn't.

EDIT: The bird is in the middle of the lower half of the picture.
