Gilded Hummingbird or Glittering-bellied Emerald? Buenos Aires, Argentina, Dec-21-2022 (1 Viewer)

It's also a province 500+ km across.

I did take it on faith that the reference was to the city, but even if not, the number of realistically possible hummingbirds remains the same - three - with the only change being that in some parts of Provincia de Buenos Aires, White-throated Hummingbird is locally common whereas it is never common in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires.
