Greater or Lesser Scaup in Ohio (1 Viewer)

To me it looks like the females are Lesser and the male is Greater. But i want to check because Greater would be a lifer.






And then after walking around the lake I came across what i think is the same group of 3 scaup.

Male does look more like Greater to me, the peak is at the front of the head, and clearly different than the female Lesser, which has the peak at the rear.

Just to totally muddle everything up, do greater and lesser scaups ever interbreed?
