Grey-headed Swamphen or Black-backed Swamphen? Sungai Balang Paddyfields, Oct 2022 Johor Malaysia (1 Viewer)

We saw a flock of about 13 birds in the rice fields with some crossing the paved road and some landing on nearby vegetation. Some have grey heads while some have much darker heads without grey at all.
Photo 1 - This bird seems typical of a Grey-headed Swamphen.
Photos 2 - Bird on the left of photo 2 looks like a Grey-headed Swamphen. What about the bird on the right with turquoise/purple face?
Photo 3 - This is the bird on the right of photo 2 with a side profile.
Photo 4 - Not a sharp or well lit photo but it seems to have a black or possibly dark purple patch on the side of the head.

Are all these Grey-headed Swamphens or a mix flock of Grey-headed and Black-backed Swamphens.
Thanks in advance for ID help.
