Gull id Belgrade, Serbia (1 Viewer)

This was taken by a young birder in Serbia at Belgrade rubbish dump last week.
She identified the Black headed gulls but I noticed the much smaller bird far right. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Its also a black-headed gull, Perhaps a slightly smaller bird but most likely just the angle giving the appearance of being markedly small
 
Great, thanks guys, pretty much confirms my suspicions. Although can't say I've ever seen such a small B H Gull, even with camera angle/foreshortening effect.
