now, since it is a really weird bird i'd leave it unidentified but suspect it is a 'cactus' hybrid - cachinnans x argentatus, a mass 'product' in the hybridization belt from germany to russia. slim and pointed bill looks very off for michahellis. underwing p10 tongue, pale underwing and structure suggest cachinnans involvement while pale irides and head striation would go for the argentatus ancestry. a 3cy bird of course.
