I have a few queries from a recent trip to NW/Central Europe. Hopefully someone can confirm or correct:

bird 1: The Hague, Netherlands, 7 July. Lesser black back?

bird 2, same place and time: 2nd winter Herring?

bird 3: Oxfordshire, UK, 9 July. Yellow-legged?

bird 4: Koldinger Teiche near Hanover, Germany, 13 July. Should be easy, and my assumption at the time was marsh harrier. But now I'm wondering if it's a black kite?
