Which species is this? Is from Guyana, Iwokrama River Lodge, March 2023.

Shouldn't be the eye red or reddish in the Fiery-capped Manakin? My bird has a dark eye.
We can't really tell the colour here. Anyway you are correct with tiny tyrant manakin because of the distance from the vent feathers to the tail tip. This is small in tiny (as here) and longer in fiery. Otherwise, I'm not sure how we'd distinguish them in many of the images I've seen
 
Tiny Tyrant-manakin is a species we definitely miss in both the gallery and the opus page for the species.
