This week I read on Twitter folk had seen them at a nice park in town called Figgate Park, so I decided to go and have a look on Thursday, sadly there was not a sign of them but had a nice day Birding. I decided to return yesterday sadly the forecast was awful rain all day I was thinking I'm mad I never go Birding in the rain but thought no I will have a look. When I arrived the park was pretty much quiet so I had a walk and noticed a few birds on a berry tree and it was The Waxwings I took pics and a video https://youtu.be/cTqPRsb24lo because it was so wet I only stayed for 15 minutes but I saw what I came for, was worth getting soaked for, have you been lucky to see them yet?

I was in Edinburgh on Sunday too - no waxwings, but we did talk a walk by the Water of Leith towards Dean Village, and got a great view of two otters.
