Hawaii Mystery Call? (1 Viewer)

Hello! This call started up a week ago around the mountains of Wailua on Kauai, HI. We have a river very close but aren't near the ocean. I'm hoping someone can help with identification? We haven't been able to snag pictures, but a video with the bird's song is here:

The bird is only vocally active at night, particularly at 9PM and 4:30AM. So far we haven't heard more than one together.
