Hi Fiona and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I've moved your post to the Binoculars Forum, as the guys there are more likely to be able to advise you.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.

Are we talking about the rubber eyepiece cover or is the whole eyepiece missing… can you still look through both tubes and the view is like it used to be? If it’s just the rubber eyecup then you could probably get a replacement from Amazon/ebay if you know the size you need. There may be other companies that sell possible suitable options, others will know better.

This seems to be a generic make at about £20 retail.
Even if it has a name, if it isn't a well known make it doesn't really matter.

Sending it to a repairer the freight may be more than the binocular is worth.

Probably cheaper to buy another similar binocular.

Or make your own eyecup, perhaps from bicycle tyre inner tubes.

Unless you can 3D print one.

Charity shops in the U.K. usually have similar binoculars for about £3 to £5.

Regards,
B.
