Hi all. I just joined the forum. No expert but enjoy seeing wild birds of all sorts and can identify one or two !
There is a bird I hear very frequently in the North West and into Wales, also seems less prevalent in the south east where I live .

I have a recording but can't see a way to attach m4a file. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Hi! M4A is not a supported file format. You can convert it to an mp4. You can do that by downloading an app called Voice Recorder (app icon looks like old-fashioned tape recorder), then share your original file into the app. Then it will be automatically converted into an mp4, and can be attached! Hope this helps.

Hi Peterniss, just realised it might be a bit less complicated just to convert it to an mp4 online, or take a new recording with Voice Recorder/other app that uses mp4 file formats

Hi, welcome to the forum on behalf of the staff and moderators. I think you will find us a friendly and helpful group.

Hi Peter and a warm welcome from me too. How are you getting on with converting your song file?

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.
