Help ID'ing a Woodpecker (1 Viewer)

I took a pic of a woodpecker at my feeders earlier, then looked in my Sibley guide, but am still not quite sure if it is a Downy or Hairy Woodpecker. The black bars on the tail of this woodpecker would indicate Downy (but I read Hairy can also have them) but the large long bill looks more like a Hairy. Any ideas? (Trying to catalog my bird pics lately ^_- ) Ohh, I live in Maryland Btw.

Thanks in advance!

Since this is taken in Maryland Hairy should not show any black barring on the tail which suggests Downy. However the bill size and lack of a conspicuous tuft point to Hairy. I'll sit on the fence with this one.

Downy for me because of the bill size. Hairy woodpecker has bill length approximately same dimension as the head. This is shorter. Nice picture!
