Help with bird ID, Isle of Mull, Scotland, please (1 Viewer)

Hi all
I just came back from a trip to Mull, Scotland. I am unsure about the ID of the birds in the pics (all taken on August 15th along the coast). I named the pics with what I guess is the bird species ID (artic tern, bar-tailed godwit, common scoter and knot (2 pics for the same animal). I am tentatively ID-ing the birds in the water as common scoter as when they flapped their wings I could not see any white bar. Do you think the IDs are correct? Any help is really appreciated, thank you!

1. Common tern seems better: bill-tip, wide (not narrow) dusky edge to underside of primaries, very white underbody - though overexposure (no offence) may be making this useless.
3. Distinct steep forehead. I don't think I'd rule out common scoter (rather than eider). Got any more photos?
Others as you say ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

With the exception of the ducks which look like Eider, I'd say you were bang on! (y)
thank you!

thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I don't have any more or better photos.
