Yup, Song Sparrow for me! Especially with that black mark on its' upper chest.
From the pictures I've seen, lot of Lincoln's sparrows have black mark:
 
This looks like Lincoln’s to me. The Buffy wash all over the chest and flanks, Buffy malar, Buffy eye ring, small bill that looks consistently small from all angles, a lot of gray on the nape and pretty crisp looking streaks all point towards Lincoln’s in my opinion.
