Edit- streaking looks bolder and looks brown- this is why I believe song. Went on my PC to check- and I’m leaning more towards song again.

I think they are brown. The sun was behind me when I took the pictures, but I adjusted it a bit to compensate for this.

From the pictures I've seen, lot of Lincoln's sparrows have black mark:

This looks like Lincoln’s to me. The Buffy wash all over the chest and flanks, Buffy malar, Buffy eye ring, small bill that looks consistently small from all angles, a lot of gray on the nape and pretty crisp looking streaks all point towards Lincoln’s in my opinion.
