I think this is a hybrid. Seen with group of Cattle Egret (Bubulcus ibis).
Have you any ideas?

It's rarely a good idea to think of a hybrid just because a bird doesn't look like something in the field guide. It looks to me like a mucky (or aberrantly-plumaged?) cattle egret.

Cattle egret seems to frequently get their plumage stained with whatever.

Yes , definitely stained cattle egret-Agree!
Stained egrets (mainly cattle egret?!) seem to be far more frequent than any hybrid heron around the Mediterranean in my experience.
