Hi Everyone, one of my hobbies is to post a single photo each day. Most of the time, my photos are of water birds, but there are also photos of other birds, animals, flowers, trees, people and city or country scenes. I come here to identify birds if I'm unsure, for my brief photo description. For example, today I got a bit confused as to whether my photo was of a young moorhen or a young coot: the nearest similar adult bird was a coot, but the younger bird had red in its beak. I learned here that it was a young coot.20230619-6593.jpg
