Hello fellow bird people! Just introducing myself, I am a life-long bird enthusiast born and bred on the shores of Long Island, New York. I've dabbled in birding here and there over the years but the Covid-19 Pandemic has driven me closer into this wondeful pasttime. That is one of the bright sides of what we are all going through!

I've gone birding several times in the past week and I feel like I've been introduced to a whole new, wondeful world. Today on my hike I identified and got photos of 4 birds I never saw before.

I'm looking forward to the sharing and learning that I'm sure is abudndant on this forum. ;)
