I am a new Birder from ON, CA

I joined the forum to learn more about birding. I am a hobby photographer but am more interested in Binocular birding than photographing them.

I recently started tracking the birds I see, and I went on my first few birding outings over the last couple of weeks. my favorite birds I have seen so far are some very nice looking cedar waxwings, an osprey, a double-crested cormorant, and a warbling vireo!

If anyone has any recommendations for where to get used Binoculars or just budget friendly ones, please do let me know!

Hi RP and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. You could try asking in our Binocular forum, there'll be someone there who will be able to advise you: Binoculars

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing about the birds you see around you.

Hi RP99, welcome to the forum. I think you will find us a friendly and helpful group.
