Honey Buzzard confirmation (1 Viewer)

Good afternoon, I was going through some old photos and came across the attached image. This was taken in Rhodes, Greece in 2011. Is this a European Honey Buzzard? Can it be sexed by this image?

It does look like HB on shape, but... I don't know. Anyway, here's a brightened up version in case it helps.

chocolate (most common) form of juvenile HB, aged by yelliw cere and bill, broad barring on primaries, bulging secondaries and no moult of inner primaries (no moult at all)
