Good afternoon, I was going through some old photos and came across the attached image. This was taken in Rhodes, Greece in 2011. Is this a European Honey Buzzard? Can it be sexed by this image?

I'm sure it's a Honey Buzzard on shape, but I don't have the experience to guess on age.

It does look like HB on shape, but... I don't know. Anyway, here's a brightened up version in case it helps.
