Hummingbird - Miami County, Kansas USA (1 Viewer)

My brother sent this to me questioning whether he was correct in assuming this to be a Ruby-throated Hummingbird with some pigmentation issues. I would say almost certainly is as any other species would be a rarity for that location, however it's odd enough to warrant asking for any other opinions. Miami County, Kansas, USA May 24, 2023

It certainly has some pigmentation issues, but I see nothing to suggest it is anything other than a Ruby-crowned Hummingbird.
