The long primary projection can be seen adequately, as well as the pale legs.
The point here is we can't rule out rarer things like Iberian chiffchaff---because we have no detailed view of the projection, emarginations etc
 
Given that...
  • The observer has not presented this as anything which is likely to be, or suspected to be, rare - and...
  • Iberian chiffchaff is substantially out of range - and...
  • There are no other closely-similar 'rarer things' which we need to rule out...
...it seems both pretty safe and pretty sensible to assume this is a willow warbler.
 
I wouldn't bother with a photo if I can hear it well; otherwise, maybe... (or just move on to the ones that aren't silent unless it's in a mood for posing)
