Hello, can someone please confirm that this is a western grebe? Thanks.

Well it is either a Western Grebe, a Clark's Grebe, or a hybrid of the two. The extent of the black on the face looks a little better for Western, but the bill and flank colors look better for Clark's. I find it hard to be certain from this photo.
