It is very quiet on the recording, but sounds like one of the finches to me.

I am thinking one of the Serins, and I guess that you have a choice of two, either European or Red-fronted. It sounds more like Red-fronted but it is a few years since I heard them. Loading it up in a sonogram app may help.
